Our Story
Mike McVey, BA Chief Operating Officer/Account Manager
Mike’s journey into the mental health field began when his wife, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, shared her dream of opening a group practice. With his support and strategic guidance, that vision became a reality. He helped launch, grow, and now manage the practice, which has since expanded to include a diverse team of therapists and a psychiatric nurse practitioner — all dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-centered care.
As a father and professional, Mike understands firsthand how demanding it can be to build a business while balancing family life. That experience inspired him to found MH Practice Management Solutions — a company built to help other mental health professionals launch and grow their own practices with confidence.
Today, Mike partners with aspiring and established practice owners who are passionate about serving others but need the right support to succeed. His mission is to provide the tools, structure, and guidance needed to turn that passion into a thriving, sustainable business.
When he’s not working with clients, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on all things Philadelphia sports.
